ERP Support & Customer Success Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Support and Customer Success specialist to join our team in Beirut. In this hybrid full-time position you will help manufacturing clients get the most out of Zeymo’s cloud-native ERP platform, covering accounting, inventory, production, CRM and logistics modules.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot functional or basic technical issues.
• Guide users through configuration, workflow setup and best-practice usage.
• Onboard new clients, deliver online or onsite product training and create user documentation.
• Monitor account health, drive product adoption and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to report recurring issues and suggest enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and planning abilities to understand business processes and prioritize customer needs.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of finance or accounting workflows in a manufacturing context.
• Experience in ERP, MRP or SaaS product support, implementation or customer success is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations such as inventory, production and logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms.
