ERP Implementation Specialist (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to lead operational excellence initiatives across our manufacturing, supply chain and engineering sites. In a GMP‑regulated environment, you will drive continuous‑improvement projects, standardise processes and ensure successful ERP deployment that supports growth and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across Manufacturing, Production, Engineering and Supply Chain using structured, GMP‑compliant methodologies.
• Identify, prioritise and execute cross‑functional projects that reduce waste, cycle time and cost while maintaining product quality.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs for both sites, creating regular reporting for leadership.
• Standardise workflows and best practices between plants, ensuring knowledge transfer.
• Analyse ERP data (production reports, downtime logs, inventory turns) to uncover bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
• Design and maintain real‑time dashboards and reports using ERP or connected BI tools.
• Participate in ERP vendor selection, configuration, master‑data setup and user‑acceptance testing.
• Act as site‑level business analyst, translating manufacturing needs into functional requirements and overseeing go‑live cut‑over activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading process‑improvement projects in a manufacturing or GMP environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with production, quality, engineering, finance and IT stakeholders.
• Experience managing project timelines, data migration readiness and user training.
