Electrical Pre‑Sales Engineer

About the role

Sustainable Energy Partners is seeking an Electrical Pre‑Sales Engineer to join its on‑site team in Jounieh. You will work closely with sales and engineering teams to translate customer energy needs into tailored technical solutions, supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract finalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and propose suitable renewable‑energy solutions.
• Provide technical expertise during pre‑sales meetings, presentations, and site assessments.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, timelines, and specifications.
• Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation ensuring compliance with standards.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs and review contracts for technical accuracy.
• Conduct site visits, gather data, and address customer technical queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven engineering experience, preferably in power or renewable‑energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and relevant standards (IEEE, NEC).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software for creating technical drawings.
• In‑depth understanding of electrical power system design.
• Familiarity with IEEE and NEC standards.
