E-commerce Technical Coordinator

About the role

The E‑commerce Technical Coordinator will support the online retail team by managing product data, running promotional campaigns, and continuously improving website performance. This role works closely with brand managers, web developers and the MYHOLDAL team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update product listings and collections on the e‑commerce platform based on brand manager requests.
• Execute price changes and discount campaigns according to management decisions.
• Collaborate with web development and technical teams to implement new ideas and modify page coding.
• Utilise built‑in apps to automate routine tasks and schedule important events.
• Monitor stock availability, remove sold‑out items, and maintain clean product data.
• Analyse web analytics and internal data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Research emerging technologies and propose enhancements to improve user experience.
• Analyse the customer journey, report satisfaction indicators and define interaction points.
• Prepare monthly closing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of IT experience, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
