E-Commerce Lead

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Lead to own and grow our digital commerce business. You will shape the online shopping experience from product catalog curation to multi‑channel marketing, fulfillment and customer service, using data‑driven insights to continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive online sales by planning and executing multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social, SEM).
• Monitor commercial KPIs daily, analyse data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure high‑quality service and efficient order fulfillment.
• Design promotional and discount strategies to meet revenue targets and forecast sales trends.
• Identify, onboard and negotiate with new brands and suppliers to expand the product catalog.
• Calculate product margins, participate in financial planning and control departmental expenses.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective vendor and inventory management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of e‑commerce experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or wellness.
• Strong analytical ability to dive deep into data, manage budgets and track KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing brand/supplier partnerships and internal collaboration.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify.
• Proficiency with Oracle or a comparable ERP system.
