E-Commerce Growth Lead (Media Buyer)

About the role

Meta Production is a creative studio focused on photography and videography for digital and e-commerce brands. It is looking for an E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager (Media Buyer) to manage and scale online sales through paid advertising campaigns and e-commerce growth strategies. The role works closely with the photography, videography and creative teams to develop, launch, test and optimize campaigns, and requires on-site presence in Mtaileb, Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), manage budgets and target audiences (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes)
• Develop performance marketing strategies, run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and copy, and improve conversion rates
• Manage e-commerce sales channels and storefronts, monitor sales, conversion rate, average order value and customer acquisition cost, and support upselling, cross-selling and promotions
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers and creatives on ad content, creative briefs and feedback
• Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM and revenue, and prepare regular campaign reports

Required profile

• Proven experience in media buying and managing paid campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting and conversion optimization
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
• Comfortable managing several campaigns and projects at once, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• On-site availability in Mtaileb, Lebanon

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram Ads)
• Knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and other ad metrics
• Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics 4 is a plus
• Knowledge of pixels, conversion tracking and basic event tracking is highly beneficial
