About the role
The Disability Inclusion Consultant will support the development and implementation of disability‑inclusion initiatives tailored to Kuwait’s context. The role focuses on creating training materials, delivering workshops, and providing technical feedback on institutional action plans.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a training outline and accompanying PowerPoint presentations and handouts customized for Kuwait.
- Facilitate a disability‑inclusion workshop and produce a technical report capturing evaluation feedback, participant dynamics, and initial action‑plan inputs.
- Review Kuwait’s institutional action plan for disability inclusion and deliver technical feedback.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in disability‑inclusion consulting or related fields.
- Familiarity with the policy and institutional environment of Kuwait or similar contexts.
Required skills
- PowerPoint presentation development.
- Workshop facilitation.
- Technical report writing.
