Digital Rollout Specialist

About the role

Chedid Capital, a leading investment group in insurance and reinsurance, is seeking an experienced Digital Rollout Specialist to lead the deployment of its HealthTech and InsurTech solutions across multiple geographies. The role involves end‑to‑end project execution, stakeholder alignment, and reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of digital solutions in multiple countries, coordinating functional testing, stakeholder training, support, and resolution.
• Develop and maintain detailed deployment plans and timelines, tracking progress against milestones.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and digital transformation teams to ensure comprehensive testing and effective change‑management initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for subsidiary teams, facilitating communication and alignment.
• Engage regional and local teams, communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership.
• Identify risks, work with the PMO on mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve challenges to keep the rollout schedule on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (MS/BS preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or business analysis, preferably in digital transformation or technology rollouts.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM implementation is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of implementing large‑scale, cross‑border programs.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
