Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Chedid Capital Group, an investment group in the (re)insurance industry with subsidiaries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The role supports the planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, website management, lead generation and digital communication, while monitoring performance and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Digital campaigns and advertising: plan, run and optimize campaigns; manage paid ads on Meta, Google and LinkedIn; track leads, conversions and customer journeys.
• Website and SEO: coordinate designers, developers and agencies on website updates; manage content via CMS; support keyword research, on-page optimization and audits; monitor performance with Google Analytics.
• Content and lead generation: create marketing briefs, campaign content and digital communications; support lead generation and CRM-related marketing activities.
• Market research and coordination: conduct competitor analysis and market research; coordinate internal teams on project delivery; maintain marketing databases, reports and campaign documentation.
• Performance monitoring: track campaign reach, engagement, clicks and conversions, website traffic and user behavior, SEO effectiveness, and lead generation metrics; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination or related internships.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and online customer acquisition.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or reporting tools is a plus.
