Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist – Travel & Experiences

About the role

Arabian Wanderers, a leading adventure travel company in the UAE, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to boost its online presence, strengthen the brand and drive bookings across multiple destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, monitoring ROAS and conversions.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives for product launches, seasonal promotions and special events.
• Manage the content calendar and publish engaging posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Create Instagram Stories, community‑focused content and repurpose assets across channels.
• Identify, outreach and collaborate with influencers, creators and strategic partners, tracking performance and ROI.
• Handle WhatsApp and Instagram broadcasts, support email marketing and develop retention programmes.
• Monitor website and campaign metrics using GA4, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools, producing weekly and monthly reports.
• Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes and new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, growth or social media marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
