Digital Marketing & Growth Manager – Travel & Experiences

About the role

Arabian Wanderers is seeking a commercially‑minded Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead its marketing function. You will own the strategy, budget and performance of campaigns that turn content and customer insights into measurable bookings and revenue growth for adventure travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly, seasonal and annual marketing plans aligned with trip capacity, revenue targets and destination priorities.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google advertising campaigns, managing budgets and improving ROAS, CPA and conversion rates.
• Design structured testing plans covering audiences, offers, creatives, landing pages and objectives.
• Own the SEO and AI‑search visibility roadmap, coordinating keyword research, content optimisation, technical SEO and digital PR.
• Build and segment audiences for Instagram, WhatsApp and email broadcasts to increase repeat bookings, retention and lifetime value.
• Coordinate with brand, design and content resources, delegating routine execution as the team grows.
