Digital Manager – Marketing & Brand Development

About the role

The Digital Manager will lead the organization’s digital marketing initiatives across all online channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand Development, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, and content strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, creatives, and targeting to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA and conversion rates.
• Manage the company’s YouTube channel, including content planning, SEO‑friendly metadata, and audience engagement.
• Oversee website content, coordinate updates with developers, and ensure SEO best practices are applied.
• Analyze performance metrics, produce regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate with external agencies, review their recommendations, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑channel campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and agencies.
