Digital Graphic Designer

About the role

Liaison, which has supported higher education institutions for three decades through services such as CAS, EMP, SlideRoom, Time2Track, TargetX and Othot, is hiring a Digital Graphic Designer. The designer creates high-quality, digital-first creative assets for enrollment and marketing campaigns across web, paid media, print and email, working with multiple agency clients and collaborating closely with creative strategy, copy and campaign teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital-first assets: web and landing page layouts, display and social ads, and short-form motion or video content.
• Produce print, email and other traditional marketing assets, keeping visuals consistent across channels.
• Translate strategy, messaging and concepts into visuals with copywriters and strategists.
• Develop visual layouts and design systems that support usability, accessibility and conversion.
• Adapt visual style to each client's brand guidelines while maintaining quality.
• Create and edit short-form motion and video assets, including ad variations and simple animations.
• Manage tasks and deliverables on time, prepare final files for web, paid media, email and print, and support creative testing with variants.
• Maintain organized files, version control and documentation, and use design, motion and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of design experience in an agency or in-house marketing setting.
• Ability to adapt style across multiple clients while keeping brand consistency.
• Strong organization and ability to handle several projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience creating short-form motion and video assets.
• WordPress experience preferred.
