Digital Banking Product Manager

About the role

Eurisko is seeking a Digital Banking Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of digital banking solutions across mobile, internet, onboarding, payments, cards, accounts, transfers and customer servicing journeys. The role bridges business needs, technology teams and banking stakeholders to create secure, scalable, and user‑friendly products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage digital banking product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Collaborate with banks, fintech clients, UX/UI designers, architects, developers, QA and integration teams.
• Gather, analyse and document business and product requirements.
• Define user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, workflows and maintain product backlogs.
• Support product strategy for core banking, digital channels, onboarding, payments, cards, accounts and servicing journeys.
• Coordinate technical integrations with core banking systems, middleware, payment gateways, KYC/AML providers and third‑party platforms.
• Run Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, demos and retrospectives.
• Prioritise backlog based on business value, feasibility, compliance and customer impact.
• Use JIRA to track stories, tasks, releases and sprint progress.
• Support UAT, production readiness, release planning and go‑live activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management, product ownership or business analysis experience in banking or fintech.
• Hands‑on experience with digital banking channels such as mobile banking, internet banking, onboarding, wallets and payments.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems and the banking product lifecycle.
• Proven experience working with Agile/SCRUM delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Core banking platforms: Temenos, Mambu, Thought Machine, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Agile/SCRUM methodology.
• JIRA for backlog and sprint management.
• Digital banking channels (mobile, internet, onboarding, wallets, payments).
