Design Manager

About the role

The Design Manager will work closely with the Head of Branding and Design to lead the graphic design team across KPMG Middle East offices. The role ensures high‑quality, creative, and efficient production of all marketing and promotional assets while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and internal clients to produce graphic design outputs such as advertising, brochures, website graphics, infographics, proposals, social media assets and event collateral.
• Schedule, manage and motivate the graphic design team, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Lead innovation by introducing cutting‑edge design practices and best‑practice examples for promotional materials.
• Manage supplier relationships with printers, photographers and other external partners.
• Leverage global brand standards and showcase best‑of‑brand work from the Lower Gulf firm.

Required profile

• 10+ years of post‑qualification experience in graphic design, visual communications or fine art.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and coach a creative team.
• Strong project‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple work streams and tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence senior leaders and work across all organisational levels.
