Delivery Lead (Business Intelligence)

About the role

As a Delivery Lead you will orchestrate the end‑to‑end delivery of Business Intelligence solutions, working closely with product owners, scrum masters and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality releases that meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a servant‑leader and coach for Agile principles within BI product teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define road‑maps, release plans and sprint backlogs.
• Monitor delivery progress, manage scope, schedule and budget to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain transparent stakeholder communication with regular status updates.
• Oversee quality assurance practices and ensure testing standards are met.
• Allocate resources efficiently and track performance metrics and KPIs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Project Manager in an Agile environment, preferably within the BI domain.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Business Intelligence concepts and technologies.
• Data analytics and visualization tools, especially Power BI.
