Data Analyst – Statistics, Python & BI (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Agoda’s Content department is seeking a proactive Data Analyst to turn content, marketing and partner performance data into actionable insights. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will own analytical projects that shape the department’s strategy and drive higher conversion and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Align reports and insights with Content goals and KPIs.
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve content strategy.
• Build business cases for content initiatives and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, data tools and visualisations.
• Collaborate with product, BI, IT and cross‑functional teams to create data resources.
• Support content tests and experiments using multiple data sources.
• Train the Content team on best practices for data analysis and interpretation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for high‑converting content.
• Ability to communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Statistics and data manipulation.
• SQL.
• Python or R.
• Tableau.
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with data warehouses and visualization tools.
• Web‑analytics for research and analysis.
