Data Analyst

About the role

The Data Analyst will design and implement advanced machine‑learning tools and statistical analyses to support the SABIS® Network and its schools. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights that drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Apply data‑mining techniques, conduct statistical analysis, and build predictive models integrated within SABIS® products.
• Gather, clean, and visualize data from multiple sources to understand business performance and automate processes.
• Create dashboards to monitor performance and present insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Compile reports and present findings to senior analysts or management.
• Select and apply machine‑learning algorithms for classification, clustering, prediction, anomaly detection, and hypothesis testing.
• Enhance existing products by analyzing usage data and discovering hidden information.
• Improve data‑collection procedures to support analytic systems.
• Collaborate with data‑warehousing engineers to clean data and review KPIs.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Computing, or Computer Engineering (Master’s in Mathematics or Data Science is a plus).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Professional behavior, ethical conduct, accountability, and continuous learning mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with regional and cross‑functional teams.
