Customer Support Specialist

About the role

The Customer Support Specialist provides timely, professional assistance to wholesale customers and supports the sales team with administrative tasks such as invoicing and account reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, WhatsApp and other channels, responding within agreed times.
• Record and resolve complaints, escalating sensitive cases with full documentation.
• Prepare and process invoices, reconcile customer accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM/ERP systems and generate loyalty‑program reports.
• Conduct outbound calls for prospect outreach, follow‑up and feedback collection.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in customer support, retail service or sales administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication in the languages required for assigned customers.
• Ability to listen actively, explain information clearly and manage difficult conversations calmly.
• Good judgment for issue resolution and knowing when to escalate.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
