Customer Success Manager (Remote)

About the role

Scaletopia is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of 15‑20 high‑growth agency clients. Working remotely, you will be the primary point of contact, translating performance data into clear insights and driving long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 15‑20 client accounts end‑to‑end, leading weekly or bi‑weekly check‑ins.
• Monitor account health, identify concerns early, and ensure clients feel valued.
• Identify upsell and service‑expansion opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Cultivate referrals and warm introductions from satisfied clients.
• Translate campaign metrics (reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline contribution) into concise client updates.
• Coordinate internally with GTM, data, and inbox‑management teams, escalating issues with full context.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing client accounts, not just retaining them.
• Outcome‑focused mindset measured by longevity, expansion revenue, and referrals.
• Confident communicator who can lead conversations without a script.
• Proactive attitude; anticipates client needs before they are raised.
• Experience in a marketing agency, lead‑generation, or B2B environment managing multiple accounts.
