Customer Success & After‑Sales Specialist (Odoo)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Success & After‑Sales Specialist to be the main point of contact for our B2B clients after Odoo implementation. The role blends relationship management with technical support to ensure clients extract maximum value from their ERP solution.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular health checks, product adoption reviews and business reviews.
- Provide first‑line technical support, troubleshoot bugs, error messages and system issues.
- Manage support tickets efficiently, coordinating with the technical support team for timely resolution.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities based on client needs.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and liaise between clients and internal teams.
Required profile
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, after‑sales, or account management within B2B software.
- Proven track record of upselling or cross‑selling.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Understanding of B2B market dynamics.
