About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Glow Paradise in Naqqach. In this full-time, on-site position you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely and friendly assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve issues and complaints, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address product or service questions.
Required profile
- Strong background in customer support and satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while keeping a positive attitude.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree is a plus.
