Customer Service Representative

About the role

Quiqup is looking for an entry‑level Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for partners, merchants, shoppers and riders across KSA, UAE and international markets. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless post‑checkout experience for e‑commerce customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partners, merchants, shoppers and riders, responding to requests, complaints and compliments with empathy and professionalism.
• Explain Quiqup’s operational procedures, policies and service details clearly to all stakeholders.
• Handle inbound requests and make outbound calls to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily order logistics, acting as a liaison between partners and internal operations teams.
• Escalate and troubleshoot delivery issues in real time, working with internal teams and logistics partners to find solutions.
• Bridge communication between drivers and end‑customers to facilitate successful deliveries.
