About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join The Glow Paradise’s on‑site team in Naqqach. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience that reflects our health‑focused brand.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer questions via phone, email or chat.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, ensuring timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Promote The Glow Paradise’s mission and values in every customer interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
Required profile
- Strong background in customer service or support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, empathetic, and customer‑centric attitude.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
