Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist applicants using our Central Application Service (CAS). You will provide support via phone, email and chat, helping users resolve questions and issues throughout the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, emails and chat inquiries from applicants.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot problems related to the CAS platform.
• Utilize internal tools and knowledge bases to support applicants efficiently.
• Participate in a two‑week training program and pass required knowledge checks.
• Attend regular one‑on‑one coaching sessions with team leads.
• After the initial period, bid for additional shifts, including evenings, weekends and chat‑only assignments.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic with focus on productivity and quality.
• Ability to maintain 100 % attendance during training.
• Willingness to pass knowledge checks with at least an 80 % score.
• Availability for Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑5:30 PM EST (initial schedule).
• Flexibility to work later shifts or weekends after three months.
