Customer Intelligence Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Intelligence Specialist to strengthen our relationships with clinic partners and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will act as the main point of contact for clinics, handling inquiries, training, data management and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to clinic inquiries promptly.
• Support clinic training and activation processes.
• Follow up on expired clinic documents and keep clinic profiles up‑to‑date.
• Review, organize and analyse data received from clinics.
• Manage KYC requirements for new and existing clinics.
• Handle refund requests and other clinic‑related cases.
• Identify recurring trends or issues in clinic activity.
• Prepare insights on clinic behaviour, engagement and support needs.
• Highlight inactive or low‑engagement clinics for follow‑up.
• Produce a monthly summary report of completed activities and share feedback with relevant teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in customer support, customer success, account management, operations or a similar role.
• Strong follow‑up and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple requests, cases and follow‑ups efficiently.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with effective communication of feedback to different teams.
• Proactive, responsible and customer‑oriented attitude.
