About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Customer Experience Department as an intern. This 2‑month internship, starting in June, offers the chance to gain practical experience in supporting customer‑focused initiatives within a dynamic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Experience Department with daily operational tasks.
- Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to customer interactions.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving the overall customer journey.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
