Creative Lead – Content Creator (Social Media)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, highly creative, and performance‑driven Content Lead to elevate our brand presence across social media. You will own the vision, direction, and execution of our video content strategy for both the firm and its founder, Ali.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall content strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat and emerging platforms.
• Develop and pitch innovative content ideas, themes, and formats for the firm and Ali’s personal brand.
• Plan and execute high‑impact short‑form and long‑form video content aligned with business and brand goals.
• Direct and oversee content shoots, ensuring efficient execution and high production quality.
• Provide creative guidance to on‑camera talent, shaping delivery, hooks, and storytelling.
• Analyze content performance and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, adapting the strategy proactively.
• Establish content calendars, workflows, and systems to ensure consistent output at scale.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, legal, and leadership teams to align content with firm messaging.
• Mentor and guide junior content creators.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and scaling short‑form video content for social platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into strategy.
• Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual quality.
• Leadership ability to drive cross‑functional projects and mentor junior talent.
