About the role
Feelbow is building a new creative universe and seeks a hands‑on Creative Director to shape its foundation. This leadership position goes beyond visuals, focusing on worlds, stories, and emotional experiences for an emerging animation‑driven IP.
Key responsibilities
- Define and protect the overall creative vision of the project.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Translate abstract ideas into strong visual and narrative direction.
- Identify creative opportunities and turn them into actionable direction.
- Ensure consistency across storytelling, tone, and style.
- Collaborate closely with founders on world‑building decisions.
Required profile
- Strong creative vision and storytelling mindset.
- Deep passion for animation and world‑building.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proactive, curious, and highly imaginative.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
