Country Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Country Operations Coordinator to support our agriculture business in Lebanon. The role will ensure optimal stock levels, cost efficiency and smooth coordination between suppliers, sales teams and management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process, including supplier selection, negotiation and order placement.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales data, market trends and business needs.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to monitor stock levels, sales trends and forecast alignment.
• Monitor inventory to ensure optimal availability while minimizing overstock and shortages.
• Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports to support management decision‑making.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee shipping activities by coordinating with suppliers and the logistics team to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Handle product registration processes in Lebanon in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and calculate commercial offers for the Lebanese market, aligning with stock availability and cost structure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of purchases, contracts and supplier agreements.
• Support management in strategic planning related to supply chain and inventory control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and demand‑forecasting abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
