Counter Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Counter Sales Associate to manage the food counter, serve walk‑in customers and ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve walk‑in customers, providing product knowledge and high‑level service.
• Process orders from waiters, arrange them according to service standards and ensure timely delivery.
• Receive daily deliveries, verify items, display them in the presentation fridge and restock while maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.
• Participate in opening and closing duties following internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records such as daily training logs, taste panels and wastage forms, and report any complaints or operational issues to the manager.
• Handle cash transactions, exchanges and money handling in line with company policies.
• Place internal product orders by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and wrap takeaway orders, including special requests, following established standards.
• Communicate operational details to the team and document handovers in the logbook.
• Keep the counter area clean by applying “clean as you go” practices and regular sanitisation.
• Complete monthly inventory of disposable consumables.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• High school diploma.
• 0‑1 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
