Cost Controller – Manage Expenses & Financial Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Cost Controller to join CFI Financial Group. The role involves managing and optimizing company expenses, providing financial insights, and supporting decision‑making in a fast‑growing online trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control all company expenses, including administration, travel, petty cash, and other operational costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and budgetary guidelines.
• Analyze expenditure trends and identify areas for cost optimisation.
• Manage travel requests, approvals, and reimbursements.
• Oversee petty cash disbursements, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–6 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and highly organised.
