Cost Controller – Financial Analysis & Reporting

About the role

CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking a motivated Cost Controller to join its finance team. You will work closely with experienced professionals, monitor project and operational costs, and provide insights that drive financial efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control operational and project costs against approved budgets.
• Analyse cost structures, profitability and overall financial performance.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual cost reports.
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and propose efficiency improvements.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Present financial data through charts, graphs and KPIs for management.
• Automate reporting processes and enhance data visibility.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and update forecasts based on actual performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, assist internal and external audits, and maintain data integrity across systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analysis or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis or a similar role.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear visual insights for decision‑making.
