Content Spokesperson

About the role

We are looking for a charismatic Content Spokesperson to become the public face of our recruitment brand. You will create engaging video content, host live and virtual events, and connect with our community across social media and on‑site gatherings.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short, direct‑to‑camera educational videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with a production team to conduct street‑style interviews in Beirut, capturing authentic stories.
• Star in promotional advertising campaigns that reach large audiences.
• Host webinars, live online sessions and high‑profile industry events.
• Represent the brand at career fairs, networking events, expos and other public venues.
• Participate in photoshoots and create visual assets for marketing collateral.
• Engage with community members to understand their needs and provide tailored information.
• Travel across the Gulf region to produce content that expands our audience.
• Publish content on both company channels and personal profiles to maximize reach.

Required profile

• Confident on‑camera presence with excellent public‑speaking skills.
• Extroverted, energetic personality able to build rapport quickly.
• Adaptable and quick‑thinking in dynamic environments.
• Persuasive and likable, leaving a positive impression on audiences.
• Strong memorisation ability for scripts and talking points.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proven experience creating direct‑to‑camera video content that drives engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to host webinars, live events and conduct street interviews.
