Content Representative

About the role

We are looking for a charismatic Content Representative to become the public face of our recruitment brand. The role combines video production, live‑event hosting and community engagement across social media and in‑person gatherings.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short, direct‑to‑camera educational videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with a production team to conduct street‑style interviews in Beirut, capturing authentic stories.
• Star in promotional ad campaigns that reach large audiences.
• Lead online webinars and virtual events, delivering clear and engaging presentations.
• Act as brand ambassador at career fairs, networking events and expos.
• Participate in photoshoots to generate high‑quality visual assets for marketing.
• Engage with community members to understand their needs and provide tailored information.
• Travel across the Gulf to create content that attracts new audiences.

Required profile

• Confident on‑camera presence with excellent public‑speaking skills.
• Extroverted, energetic personality able to build rapport quickly.
• Adaptable and able to handle changing scenarios.
• Persuasive and likable, leaving a positive impression on audiences.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proven experience creating direct‑to‑camera video content.
• Comfort presenting webinars and live events.
