Content Lead

About the role

The Content Lead will own and shape the content function across multiple client accounts and internal brand initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate brand insights into compelling storytelling frameworks that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of content strategies, concepts, hooks, and storytelling territories for each brand.
• Conduct brand studies and audits to understand positioning, audience, tone, and competitive landscape.
• Set content direction, messaging frameworks, and narrative angles before campaign launch.
• Translate client briefs into clear, strategic content roadmaps and creative approaches.
• Generate big ideas, campaign themes, and communication concepts aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee quality, clarity, and consistency of all content deliverables prior to publication.
• Mentor and guide content creators on ideation, structure, tone, and storytelling techniques.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals, and presentations with strong narrative thinking.
• Monitor content performance, extract insights, and continuously refine strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial, or copywriting, preferably within an agency.
• Proven track record leading content across multiple brands and accounts.
• Strong ability to conduct brand analysis and translate insights into strategic directions.
• Experience developing campaign concepts, hooks, and storytelling frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of digital platforms, content trends, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and guiding creative teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing campaign work, brand messaging, and multi‑platform content.
