Content Creator & Social Media Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Personal Brand & Social Media Growth Lead to build attention, authority, and inbound leads organically for four distinct brands in the marketing and tech sectors. This is not a traditional social‑media‑manager role; you will be the face, strategist, and growth driver, creating and executing content that converts viewers into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow four personal/company brands from the ground up using organic strategies.
• Design full content ecosystems and funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) that drive reach, engagement, followers, leads, and sales.
• Produce on‑camera short‑form videos, reels, educational and thought‑leadership content.
• Stay ahead of trends and craft viral‑style content without compromising brand quality.
• Act as the public representative for each brand across social platforms.

Required profile

• Passionate about social media and modern content strategy.
• Extremely comfortable on camera, charismatic, and confident.
• Strategic thinker with strong marketing fundamentals.
• Proactive, execution‑oriented, and able to work independently.
