Content Creator – Social Media & Multimedia

About the role

The Content Creator will design and produce daily multimedia assets that reinforce BioSwiss Group’s premium brand image across all its brands. You will combine storytelling, photography, videography and AI‑assisted tools to drive engagement on social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily social media posts, reels, stories, carousels and short videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos of treatments, products, chefs and client experiences, and edit them into polished reels and tutorials.
• Generate weekly content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and present concepts to the Head of Brand & Marketing.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar, schedule posts, write captions with appropriate tone and hashtags, and monitor trends.
• Use AI tools for caption writing, idea generation, visual enhancement and video‑editing assistance.
• Coordinate shoots with therapists, doctors, chefs and staff, set up lighting and backgrounds, and ensure smooth on‑camera presentations.
• Track performance metrics, identify top‑performing content and report insights to the marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on content creation or social‑media production.
• Strong on‑camera presence, proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
• Passion for luxury‑wellness aesthetics and current social‑media trends.
