About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to develop and deliver engaging digital content across multiple platforms. The role involves producing text, images, and video assets that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and create engaging content (text, images, videos) for various digital platforms.
• Plan, execute, and manage content calendars in line with brand and internal goals.
• Write and edit social media captions, website copy, blog posts, and marketing materials.
• Conceptualize and produce high‑quality videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging formats, and best practices.
• Monitor content performance through analytics and optimise based on insights.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
• Conduct audience research to tailor content to target demographics.
• Support brainstorming and execution of creative campaigns to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience in writing, editing and storytelling across various formats.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
