Construction Manager - Concrete

About the role

Ohana Development, a real estate developer known for luxury residential projects in Lebanon and the UAE, is looking for an experienced Construction Manager who is also a civil engineer. The role covers reinforced concrete and structural works, overseeing site execution, compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications, and delivery within schedule and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise structural and reinforced concrete works, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs and retaining walls.
• Ensure proper execution of formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, curing and testing.
• Review structural drawings and coordinate with consultants, site engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, manpower, material consumption and site productivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved specifications and HSE requirements.
• Identify technical issues, resolve site challenges and prevent delays and rework.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate construction activities with the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management, with strong expertise in concrete and structural works.
• Proven experience in luxury residential, villa or large-scale real estate projects.
• Experience in site supervision, subcontractor management and construction planning.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Reinforcement detailing, formwork, concrete testing and reading of structural drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Primavera or MS Project is an advantage.
