Communication & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Weare Creative Studio is seeking a proactive Communication & Social Media Specialist with a video‑editing edge. You will help our clients build strong digital presences by creating and managing engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, create, and publish original content, including short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok).
• Write compelling captions and maintain coordinated content calendars.
• Perform basic video editing using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Communicate with clients to ensure smooth project follow‑up and deliverables.
• Collaborate with designers and the broader creative team to execute campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and emerging trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
