Communication & Project Manager

About the role

Cube 3D is Lebanon's leading 3D printing studio, serving creators, factories, medical professionals, and architects. We are looking for a Communication & Project Manager who will be the face of the studio, overseeing projects from the first client conversation to final delivery while leading the internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all client and supplier communication via WhatsApp, phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Deeply understand client briefs, ask the right questions, and translate ideas into actionable production plans.
• Manage each project from intake to delivery, keeping clients informed and the team on schedule.
• Lead and organise the internal team daily, assigning work, following up, and ensuring standards are met.
• Visit clients and suppliers as needed, representing Cube 3D with confidence and professionalism.
• Make independent commercial decisions: quote projects, negotiate with suppliers, decide on discounts, and control project costs.
• Identify new project opportunities and help grow the studio’s client base.

Required profile

• Background in architecture, interior design, or a related field with knowledge of spatial design, materials, and production processes.
• Excellent communication skills, warm and confident when interacting with clients.
• Quick, fair decision‑making ability and the capacity to speak the language of factories, art studios, and corporate offices.
• Highly organized, able to run multiple projects simultaneously and lead a team.
• Curiosity and fast learning are mandatory; 3D‑printing experience is a plus but not required.
