CNC Programmer / Operator – Architectural Millwork

About the role

H.deco is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator to join its growing team. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to produce high‑end architectural millwork and bespoke joinery projects.

Key responsibilities

• Program CNC routers based on technical drawings and project specifications.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines for precision cutting.
• Optimize material usage through nesting and optimization software.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished parts meet strict tolerances.
• Maintain machine tools and assist in routine maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
• Familiarity with woodworking materials, tooling, and machining processes.
