Civil Works Team Leader (Telecom Sector)

About the role

Digital& SAL is looking for a Civil Works Team Leader to oversee telecom infrastructure projects in Lebanon. The role covers the civil works needed for cell sites, including towers, foundations and associated installations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Supervise the assembly and erection of tower installations.
• Oversee the construction of tower foundations and bases.
• Manage the installation of antennas and microwave (MW) systems.
• Supervise cabling, power and coaxial feeder installation.
• Oversee and execute other civil works activities needed for telecom site development.
• Liaise with the operations manager, clients and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, quality standards and telecom industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years' experience as a Team Leader in civil works in the telecom sector.
• Relevant Bachelor or TS degree.
• Proven experience in cell site construction, including foundations, towers, canopies, shelters, generators, fuel tanks and telecom equipment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
