Cigar Lounge Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a personable Cigar Lounge Attendant to be the face of our boutique venue. You will ensure a premium hospitality experience for high‑profile guests while supporting daily operations, inventory control, and overall lounge presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, prepare and serve beverages, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Handle guest transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist with inventory tasks: count stock, place orders, liaise with suppliers, receive deliveries, and log items accurately.
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and well‑organized lounge environment at all times.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in hospitality; retail or stock‑management exposure is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Highly organized, trustworthy, detail‑oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Basic inventory tracking procedures.
