About the role
The Monteverde Hotel in Beit Mery is seeking a full‑time Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in your designated kitchen section while upholding the hotel’s high standards of quality and service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and plate menu items within the assigned section.
- Maintain consistency, taste and visual presentation of all dishes.
- Assist the head chef in menu development and daily specials.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- Manage inventory and stock levels for your section, minimizing waste.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, preferably in hospitality or fine‑dining environments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen and handle pressure.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing new dishes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary certifications or relevant qualifications are a plus.
