Career Development Coach

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Career Development Coach to join our fully remote team. In this position you will guide experienced professionals through every stage of their job search, from research and CV optimisation to interview preparation and application tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Research a wide range of professional fields and produce concise briefs for internal use.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions to capture each client’s background, goals and preferences.
• Identify appropriate job titles and roles that match client experience and aspirations.
• Design and tailor CV structures and content to align with target positions.
• Create personalized interview training programmes and mock‑interview sessions.
• Interview industry recruiters to gather insights on specific sectors and roles.
• Plan daily job‑application schedules across multiple platforms and monitor progress.
• Analyse application outcomes, adjust strategies and resolve client objections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in recruiting, career counseling or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to switch between languages effortlessly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly extroverted, quick‑thinking and detail‑oriented.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using various software tools and platforms.
• Reliable, adaptable and committed to delivering results on time.
