About the role

Join maids.cc as a Call Center Specialist and become the voice of the brand. You will interact with customers across phone, WhatsApp and chat, turning inquiries into smooth, professional experiences while helping the company grow.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and live‑chat conversations.
• Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate services, and process bookings, payments, refunds, and account updates.
• Resolve problems, manage complaints, and keep customers confident and calm.
• Track customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of communication processes.
• Collaborate with CX, sales, and tech teams to make conversations smarter and faster.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with clear communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple chats or calls simultaneously without losing focus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when needed.
• Fresh graduates or early‑career candidates with the right attitude and drive.

Required skills

• Experience with call‑center tools or CRM systems (Ziwo is a plus, not mandatory).
