About the role
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team, working US hours from our on‑site office in Jdaideh. The role involves researching service providers, negotiating rates, and handling procurement while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Research and source qualified service providers across the U.S. and build long‑term partnerships.
- Conduct calls to negotiate rates, coordinate schedules, and confirm technical assessments.
- Analyze data and research repair options to develop accurate technical quotes and work plans.
- Handle procurement, ensuring materials, components, and equipment are ordered and delivered on time.
- Maintain internal systems with up‑to‑date documentation, photos, invoices, and approvals.
Required profile
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communicator and skilled negotiator.
- Curious, solution‑oriented and able to adapt under pressure.
- Organised, reliable and detail‑focused.
- Coach‑able, collaborative and eager to grow.
