Call Center Agent

About the role

A growing agency that helps businesses across industries scale is looking for a highly motivated Call Center Agent in Beirut. The main purpose of the role is to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients and drive the company's growth. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking
• Contact clients by email, phone and video call
• Hold virtual or in-person client meetings
• Demonstrate and present products
• Develop relationships with prospects and keep in touch with clients
• Provide support, information and guidance to clients
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Attend exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Review sales performance and negotiate contracts and packages
• Work towards monthly or annual targets

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
• Confidence and energy in sales interactions, professional appearance
• Ambitious and straightforward approach
